Data collected on the showcase
The early-access form opens your mail client (mailto): no marketing database is filled automatically until a signup backend is connected. CDN/host technical logs may include connection data (IP, user-agent) for security and performance.
Purposes and legal bases
Respond to contact requests (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps). Ensure site security and availability (legitimate interest). Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention and recipients
Emails received: kept for the time needed to handle the request, then archived per legal duties. Processors: Cloudflare (delivery), Google Cloud (target EU hosting europe-west1 for the product).
Your GDPR rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability under GDPR. Write to hello@cloud-inspector.com. You may lodge a complaint with the AEPD (Spain) or CNIL (France) depending on your situation.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare may involve processing outside the EU under applicable legal mechanisms. Configuration aims to respect the European framework.
